At what time can I check in or check out?

You can check in between 2:30 PM and 7 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 am.
If you want to arrive later, we ask you to contact the hostess so that you can make arrangements about the key.

Do I have to bring sheets or towels?

No, sheets and towels are included.

Can I rent bicycles?

Yes this is possible as long as they are booked in advance. This way we can ensure that they are ready for you at the right location.

Are pets allowed?

Pet(s) are very welcome at Hotel Houses Oosterleek and Medemblik. The additional costs are €10 per night per pet with a maximum of 2 pets.
Due to the livestock at Hotel Houses Andijk, pets are unfortunately not allowed there.

Is there a kitchen in the Hotel Houses?

No, the Hotel Houses do not have a kitchen. Only coffee (Senseo) and tea facilities and a small fridge are available.

Can I park at the Hotel houses locations?

Yes, there is ample parking on site. It is not possible to drive to your Hotel House.

When and how can I make the payment?

When you make a reservation we ask for a deposit of 25%. This can be done online via Ideal, credit card or by bank transfer. We would like to receive the remainder a week before arrival. If desired, this can also be paid upon arrival.
You can pay on location by debit card, credit card and cash.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. When you rebook to a different period, for example high season, the rate may be higher. In case of changes, cancellation or no-show, 1 or 2 nights will be charged. This depends on the moment of cancellation or change.
